The report says that Captain Claus Hyldager, Chief Executive of Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS) decided to step down on August 4th without much explanation.

- Chris Whiteside, the CFO has been appointed as the interim CEO
“The board noted that during this time Captain Claus Hyldager developed a global footprint and grew the business to a true multinational market leader in maritime and cargo services, which has helped establish a solid foundation for ISS’s future,” said the Statement.
