The solution will allow members, clients, brokers and crewing managers to notify all crew claims to Skuld on skuld.com, add information, documents and cost.
Simpler claims will be handled automatically, with cash reimbursement processed as quickly as the banking system allows.
The system recognises more complex cases, which will be reverted to Skuld’s skilled claims handlers.
Efficient and streamlined solution
This efficient and streamlined solution benefits all stakeholders, using a standardised process with less email correspondence and a task manager to keep track of outstanding tasks for the claim.
It also brings enhanced transparency between all parties, with a good overview of all notified and submitted claims and their status.
