On October 12, a fire reportedly broke out on a ship in the dry dock off Gibraltar.
The Fire and Rescue Service dealt with the blaze fairly quickly. Black smoke was seen billowing from the ship and blowing over much of the South District of Gibraltar. No further details were available on the incident.
