A total of four 12,000 dwt Singapore-flagged oil/chemical tankers have been placed under Sheriff’s arrest at Singapore port, according to the High Court of the Republic of Singapore, reports Manifold Times.
About the vessels
The Ocean Goby, Ocean Manta, Ocean Jack, and Ocean Porpoise were arrested between 23 to 29 August 2021 and are currently held at the port’s Eastern Special Purpose Anchorage.
A winding up order against Ocean Tankers (Pte.) Ltd (Singapore UEN No. 197800020G) was made at the General Division of the High Court of the Republic of Singapore on 16 August 2021.
