General cargo ship MINH NAM 07 was beached by storm early in the morning Oct 10 near Ky Anh town, Ha Tinh Province, north-central Vietnam.

The ship was ballasting from Vung Tau to Quang Ninh, northeast Vietnam. All 16 crew were rescued by locals, understood fishermen.
