Bulk carrier ASIA GRAECA ran aground in Parana river downstream from San Lorenzo Port, shortly after unmooring from San Lorenzo Terminal 6 and sailing downstream on Nov 19.
Refloated with help
She was refloated 24 hours later with the help of tugs, taken downstream and anchored halfway between San Lorenzo and Rosario for inspection.
About the vessel
The ship with 39300 tons of soybean meal on board is bound for Japan, she’s to be topped off in Santos.
