Greek shipowner Minerva Marine has taken delivery of the first in a series of two new LNG carriers built by Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering (DSME), says an article published in Baird Maritime.
About Minerva Psara
Minerva Psara has capacity for 173,400 cubic metres of LNG, two-stroke engines, and a full reliquefaction system that will help minimise the occurrence of cargo loss due to gas boil-off.
The newbuild has already commenced sailing under a long-term charter between Minerva and an unnamed LNG operator.
