What happened?

A general cargo ship loaded with cargo of coal sank in stormy weather east of Constanta, Romania, early in the morning Mar 11. She was en route from Rostov, Azov sea, Russia, to Constanta. 

Distress call

The ship issued a distress signal at 0340 Moscow time Mar 11, reporting that the crew is abandoning the ship. 

According to reports, 10 crew were rescued, 2 recovered dead, and 1 was missing.
