The eastgoing tank M/V “Kösterberg”, the westbound “Grona Aalsum” and the “Prince Of Seas” collided with each other because of dense fog in the early morning hours of 30th September. The three ships scrapped each other pushing “Kösterberg” into the embankment while transiting the Kiel Canal at Fischerhütte. All the three vessels continued on their voyage after scrutiny. The investigations are underway.
