Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg made the announcement on his timeline that he will take two months of paternity leave after the birth of his daughter.  He is silent about who would replace him at the company.

The US employees of Facebook can avail up to four months of paid parental leave – time which can be used at once or throughout the child’s first year.

Mr Zuckerberg, 31, announced in his statement, accompanied by a picture of a pushchair: “Studies show that when working parents take time to be with their newborns, outcomes are better for the children and families.”
