At least eight people have been killed in storm-related deaths in New York and New Jersey according to reports from the New York City Police Department (NYPD) and the Mayor Hector Lora of Passaic, New Jersey, reports CNN.
The NYPD is reporting seven fatalities in New York City and Lora reported at least one death due to flooding in Passaic.
