Wallenius Wilhelmsen’s fourth, and last, HERO vessel, MV NABUCCO started her journey towards Europe and is expected to reach Zeebrugge at the beginning of December, says a press release published on their website.
Last in the series
The vessel was delivered by Tianjin Xingang Shipbuilding and is the last in the series of four HERO-vessels contracted already in June 2013.
Capacity
MV Nabucco has the capacity of 7700 vehicles and like her sister vessels Tannhauser, Titus and Traviata, she is designed with energy efficiency in mind.

Fun fact on Hero
The name stands for High Efficiency RoRo carrier. Our High Efficiency RoRo (HERO) vessels are our new and advanced post-Panamax vessels, combining elements from all our vessel types. With 200-meter length, capacity of a LCTC and capability similar to a Mark IV, all in a highly efficient design.
