Fishing vessel sank after collision with bulker, all crew missing, East China sea, reports Maritime Bulletin.
About the accident
Bulk carrier OCEAN LOONG collided with a Chinese fishing vessel at around 2015 LT (UTC+8) Jan 4 in East China sea, some 85 nm ESE of Wenzhou, China, while en route from Tieshan to Lanshan China, Yellow sea.
The ship remained near the collision site, either drifting or anchored, and was in the same position as of 1210 LT Jan 5. Fishing vessel sank, all 5 crew are missing, SAR under way.
