Reports say that the bulker captain got killed in a fall from lifeboat during a rescue exercise off Indonesia. The captain and all three other crew boarded the lifeboat for a drill.
The boat unexpectedly plunged into the sea killing the captain and injuring the rest in Banjarmasin, Borneo, on April 5. All the injured were reportedly taken to hospital for treatment.
The vessel reportedly remained anchored on Banjarmasin anchorage, South Kalimantan.
