Efforts are underway to rescue a submersible that has gone missing in the Atlantic Ocean while used for transporting tourists to explore the underwater wreckage of the Titanic. According to the Coast Guard, the submersible was carrying a total of five individuals, including one crew member and four “mission specialists.”
