- Wisdom Marine Group and Synergy Group are excited to announce their joint venture, Wisdom Synergy Ship Management (WSSM).
- The initiative follows Wisdom’s decision last year to entrust Synergy Group with providing management services for a portion of its fleet.
- This lays the groundwork for this significant partnership that epitomizes operational excellence and adherence to the highest industry standards.
Taiwanese shipowner and operator Wisdom Marine and Singapore-based ship management giant Synergy Marine Group have established a joint venture company for the Wisdom-owned dry bulk tonnage, reads an official press release.
Wisdom Synergy Ship Management (WSSM) is headquartered in Singapore and has key operational centres in Taiwan and India. The move follows Wisdom’s decision last year to assign Synergy to manage a section of its fleet.
Strategic Bulk Carrier Joint Venture
Established by shipping magnate James Lan in 1999, the Taipei-based Wisdom owns more than 100 bulk carriers.
“With WSSM, we embark on a transformative journey, leveraging Synergy’s expertise to enhance our fleet’s operational safety and efficiency, underscoring our commitment to sustainable practices and the well-being of our crew,” remarked Lan.
Rajesh Unni, founder and CEO of Synergy, which manages a fleet of over 650 vessels, added: “Joining forces with Wisdom Marine Group, a leader in global shipping, is an honour. This strategic partnership is built on a strong foundation of mutual respect and common goals. We are committed to making a meaningful impact in the industry.”

I loved even more than you will get done right here. The picture is nice, and your writing is stylish, but you seem to be rushing through it, and I think you should give it again soon. I’ll probably do that again and again if you protect this walk.
