Dynagas Welcomes New LNG Tanker: Clean Vitality

Greek LNG shipping firm Dynagas has received the 200,000-cbm LNG carrier, Clean Vitality, from South Korea, reports LNG Prime.

Announcement

The firm led by George Procopiou shared the news on social media.

Departure

The ME-GA LNG carrier left HD Hyundai Heavy’s yard in Ulsan, South Korea last week, as per AIS data provided by VesselsValue.

Charter Agreement

Clean Vitality will operate under a 10-year charter with US LNG exporting giant Cheniere.

Order History

Dynagas placed an order for four 200,000-cbm LNG carriers in June 2021, with this vessel being the third in the batch.

Previous Deliveries

Dynagas received Clean Resolution in September 2023 and Clean Destiny in December, both serving Cheniere.

Future Deliveries

Dynagas has additional LNG carriers on order, with expected delivery by the end of 2027.

Specifications

The vessels feature GTT’s Mark III Flex+ membrane containment system and are 299.8 meters long and 48.9 meters wide.
