INTERCARGO reports that it has welcomed RightShip’s newly announced revised age trigger inspection timeline. This comes as an outcome of constructive dialogue amongst industry stakeholders, with INTERCARGO playing a key role, as the representative body and voice of the dry bulk shipping sector.
Strengthening Collaboration with RightShip
John Xylas, INTERCARGO’s Chairman Elect, said he was pleased with the development and highlighted a formalized agreement with RightShip for regular, structured consultations. The latter is a major step toward closer cooperation between the two parties.
Promoting Safety and Sustainability in Dry Bulk Shipping
INTERCARGO’s Chairman-Elect, John Xylas, also mentioned: “We are particularly pleased to have also formalised an agreement with RightShip for regular structured consultations.
