Chantier Davie Canada Inc. has partnered strategically with Florida-based Pearlson & Pearlson Inc. to revolutionize its Lévis shipyard. This initiative, supported by significant investments from the Québec government, aligns with Canada’s National Shipbuilding Strategy (NSS) and Icebreaker Collaboration Effort (ICE Pact), reports Davie.

The facility upgrade includes six new state-of-the-art buildings, refurbishing five existing structures, waterfront improvements, and a new assembly hall and launch pad.

The Québec government has committed $519 million towards the $840 million expansion budget.
