The company is constructing new LNG dual-fuel tankers designed to reduce carbon emissions and improve operational efficiency. These vessels will carry oil products and IMO Class II chemicals while incorporating advanced features to align with environmental goals.

Key Features of the New Vessels

  1. LNG Dual-Fuel Propulsion:
    • Reduces CO2 emissions and environmental impact over the long term.

    • Optimized hull form for fuel efficiency.
    • Waste heat recovery using cooling water and exhaust gas systems.
    • 100% LED lighting for energy savings.
    • Environmentally controlled engine room fans.
    • Additional energy efficiency measures to minimize emissions, particularly during port operations.
  3. Enhanced Crew Safety and Wellbeing:
    • Advanced design and technologies prioritize crew comfort and operational safety.

Timeline and Strategic Goals

  • Steel Cutting: Completed in November 2024.
  • First Vessel Delivery: Expected by the end of 2025.
