Geneva, Switzerland – 27 January 2025 – MSC Cruises has announced an expansion of its cruise products from Port Canaveral, offering more options for travellers to enjoy from the popular Florida port. The move includes adding a fourth World Class ship and increased deployments of its existing ships, further securing MSC Cruises’ position in North America, reports MSC Cruises.
Fourth World Class Ship to Debut Winter 2027-2028
The fourth of the World Class ships with MSC Cruises will set sail from Port Canaveral in the Winter 2027-2028 season. The ship will offer year-round 7-night Caribbean itineraries and join MSC World America as the second World Class ship to operate in North America.
MSC Grandiosa Year-Round Caribbean Cruises
Before this, MSC Grandiosa will begin to operate year-round 7-night Caribbean cruises from Port Canaveral starting from Winter 2026-2027. This is after its inaugural season at the port during Winter 2025-2026.
MSC Seashore Stays with Short Cruises
MSC Seashore will continue to operate year-round 3- and 4-night cruises to The Bahamas and Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, offering a range of choices for guests looking for shorter breaks.

MSC World America: New Cruising Frontier
MSC Cruises’s World Class platform was launched with the introduction of MSC World Europa in 2022. In April, American guests will experience this next level of cruising when MSC World America begins its 7-night Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises from Miami.
