NorthStandard has appointed Kate Kwiatkowska as its new Head of Sustainability, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability as a core element of its long-term strategy. With extensive experience in ESG leadership, Kate will play a key role in engaging stakeholders, integrating sustainability into corporate strategy, and tracking progress within the organization.

Kate’s Role and Responsibilities

Coming from her previous position as Head of ESG and Corporate Marketing at Fintel plc, Kate will be responsible for collaborating with NorthStandard’s members, brokers, employees, and other key stakeholders. Her focus will be on:

  • Developing and refining sustainability strategies aligned with NorthStandard’s long-term vision.
  • Establishing sustainability metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure progress over time.
  • Ensuring NorthStandard operates responsibly, supporting and protecting its members for future generations.
