In a move aimed at enhancing service reliability and expanding global network coverage, X-Press Feeders Group has signed two key agreements with COSCO SHIPPING Lines. The collaboration is designed to strengthen coordination between mainline and feeder services while supporting joint efforts toward sustainable and efficient logistics solutions. The agreements, signed on June 18, 2025, by Francis Goh, COO of X-Press Feeders Group, and Irene Cheng Jin, Deputy Managing Director of COSCO SHIPPING Lines, mark a new phase of cooperation between two major players in the shipping industry. The partnership will focus on feeder service collaboration across strategic regions such as Asia, the Middle East, the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, and Latin America.
Additionally, COSCO SHIPPING Lines will have the first option to charter newbuild vessels from X-Press Feeders Group, offering added flexibility for future joint services. This alliance comes as the industry adapts to evolving trade patterns and increasing decarbonization goals, underscoring both companies’ shared vision for a more resilient and environmentally responsible maritime network.
