TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING Co., Ltd. has completed the full acquisition of Mitsui E&S Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. from MITSUI E&S Co., Ltd., effective June 30, 2025. Following the acquisition, the company has been renamed TSUNEISHI SOLUTIONS TOKYOBAY Co., Ltd. This move follows a capital alliance formed in October 2021, through which both companies have collaborated closely to combine cost competitiveness and technical expertise.
The full acquisition marks a step toward deeper integration, aiming to strengthen long-term sustainability and competitiveness. TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING plans to continue leveraging the combined strengths of both organizations to boost overall corporate value, according to a statement by TSUNEISHI SHIPBUILDING.
