Misrata Port Gains Global Recognition

The Misrata Free Zone, in an official statement, emphasized that ONE’s entry highlights the port’s growing reputation as a major logistics hub in the Mediterranean. With its strategic location, digital infrastructure, and modern logistics facilities, Misrata offers streamlined customs procedures and an investor-friendly environment—making it attractive to international shipping lines.

The partnership is expected to attract more global traffic to the port, further solidifying its role in regional trade and connectivity.

Boost to Libya’s Maritime Trade and Connectivity

ONE’s operations are set to improve Libya’s integration with international markets, offering faster and more efficient trade routes. The company’s global fleet and integrated shipping services will strengthen cargo movement and economic recovery efforts in Libya.

The Union of Marine Transport Shipping Agencies has been appointed as the local agent to ensure seamless management of ONE’s services in Libya, marking a new phase in the country’s maritime growth strategy.
