On July 8, strong gale snaps the cables on Singapore registered Cargo vessel AVATAR but tugs managed to secure them safely.
The Ro-ro cargo vessel docked at Kaohsiung port snapped its moorings in the early hours and shifted out to sea.
Vessel started to drift in harbor, port tugs managed to take situation under control and dock vessel at another berth.
