Two Spanish teenagers, Joan Lluch, 18, and Oscar Reyes, 17, saved a British family from drowning after their boat sinks off coast of Lanzarote.
The teenagers fishing nearby saw a person waving from the sinking vessel. Immediately the brave teens dived into the sea and threw life jackets to the family to keep them afloat, before a second boat arrived and pulled everyone from the water.
The British family reportedly hired a vessel for a fishing trip with a skipper and his mate when the boat began to sink.
Just in time, hero teen lifeguard rescues boy, 9, swept out to sea on inflatable dolphin.
Their actions saved the lives of four Brits – including a 10-year-old boy – the captain of the fishing boat and his first mate.
The heroic pair told Spanish newspaper La Provincia: “It was very distressing but we will sleep calmly because we will never forget the day we saved these people at sea.”
