Cruise ship ‘Disney Wonder’ operated by the Disney Cruise Line was filmed transitioning through the Panama Canal on 3rd September, 2016.  The massive cruise ship weighing 83,300 gross ton is currently on a 15 day one way trip from San Diego, California to Port Canaveral, Florida.

The massive cruise ship sailed through the Panama Canal docks with only a few inches to spare on either side.  This is usually a common condition reported by large cruise ships sailing through the canal to transition from the Caribbean Sea to the West coast.

The experience of sailing through the Panama Canal must have definitely been unique and a surprising experience for the passengers onboard the massive cruise ship.
