Open Day Invite from MCTC to Crewconnect Conference Visitors

Marine Catering Training Consultancy (MCTC) will be opening the doors to its new MCTC Far East offices to visitors of this year’s CrewConnect Global Conference and Exhibition in Manila. 

MCTC Marine Ltd, which is based in Cyprus and specialises in the training of multi-national crew all over the world on all aspects of cuisine and galley safety, will be showing off its new Far East premises, based in Manila, to visitors and delegates to the CrewConnect Conference, taking place next week.

MCTC Far East is a joint venture company between MCTC Marine with headquarters in Limassol, Cyprus, and Ship Hotel Cruise Institute of the Philippines, Inc (SHIP).  The new joint venture establishment offers unique shore-based training programmes for the maritime sector.

Visitors are invited to the Open Day at the new premises on November 14th between 2pm and 6pm. They will be able to view live cooking demonstrations, sample taster dishes, and see the training company’s onshore Maritime Culinary Development Programme in action.

MCTC will then be on hand at to answer questions and talk about the wide range of services it offers at Stand 37 at CrewConnect, taking place at the Manila Marriott Hotel on November 15th and 16th.

Managing Director Christian Ioannou said: “We are really excited to be at this year’s Crew Connect Global Conference and Exhibition, and we are looking forward to inviting people to look round the new MCTC Far East establishment.”

There will also be coffee and Q&A sessions with culinary experts at the MCTC Far East building between 9-11am and 2-4pm, while the conference and exhibition is taking place.
