Scorpio Bulkers Inc. announced on 26th November that it has entered into a time charter-out agreement for SBI Libra for one of its Ultramax dry bulk carriers, reported a press release.
The contract is signed for a period of five or seven months at a rate of $15,250 per day with an unaffiliated third party.
