Aiming to address the increasing demand for LPG and ammonia transportation, Bahri and Petredec have announced a strategic partnership.

The collaboration will establish a dedicated joint commercial team within Bahri Oil.

Strengthening a Long-Standing Relationship

With nearly 20 years of partnership, Bahri’s 40% stake in Petredec enhances its ability to provide efficient LPG and ammonia shipping solutions.

Petredec’s expertise in logistics and supply chain operations further solidifies this alliance.

A Strategic Move to Enhance Shipping Infrastructure

Eng. Ahmed Ali Al Subaey, CEO of Bahri, emphasized the importance of this partnership, stating, “This strategic alliance with Petredec builds on two decades of partnership and underscores Bahri’s commitment to meeting Saudi Arabia’s growing demand for LPG and ammonia shipping solutions.”

He highlighted that Bahri will establish an in-house LPG team within Bahri Oil to cater to future shipping requirements.

Petredec’s Perspective on the Collaboration

Giles Fearn, CEO of Petredec, reflected on the long-standing relationship between the two companies, stating, “For two decades, our relationship with Bahri has been built on mutual trust and shared objectives.
