The Maritime Logistics Division has been operating at the port for nearly three decades and is one of the few companies to provide liner service from the ports of the Eastern United States and the Gulf Coast to the ports of the Middle East and India, as well as stops at some ports in the Mediterranean and Europe. The sector has six modern multi-purpose carriers with a capacity of 26,000 dwt. It is specially designed for the transportation of various types of goods, including general cargo, project cargo and rolling cargo, including heavy and other heavy cargo with a capacity of 220 metric tons.
Earlier in the year 2018, Al Bahri Logistics Services achieved another milestone in the company’s progress, when the high-end carrier, “Hofuf” for general cargo (RoCon), transported a huge cargo of 266 metric tons, And handled through its conveyors at all, where a floating crane was allocated to help transport cargo to a barge at the port of Houston.
