Guests disembarking the MSC Fantasia on February 15th were the first to use Barcelona’s new, modern cruise terminal. This facility will be used by both MSC Cruises and Explora Journeys and represents a major infrastructure investment by MSC Group’s Cruise Division, reports MSC.
New Terminal
The MSC Barcelona Cruise Terminal marked a special occasion with a champagne toast led by Sandra Yunta, the terminal’s Director, and ship captain Giuseppe Maresca.
This new terminal is a state-of-the-art architectural project designed by Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura (RBTA). It underscores the MSC Group’s dedication to Barcelona and its vision for the future of cruising.
The terminal blends elegant and innovative design to create an enhanced guest experience, ensuring a smooth and memorable start to passengers’ vacations.
