Cruise ship crew are some of the most fun people you will find. They’re obviously up for an adventure – they’re working on a cruise ship! Cruise ship time is all fast-forwarded. When you live together, dine together, work together, and party together, a week feels like a month and a month feels like a year. Friendships are formed very quickly.

The work experience on a ship is different. It’s typically pretty fast-paced and things can change very quickly. It can give you great management experience at a relatively young age that can correlate into better positions if you transition your job onto land. Another great aspect of the work experience onboard a cruise ship is that it helps people get out of their comfort zone.
