Bestway Marine & Energy Technology announced the plan to establish a new company for the development of intelligent marine equipment says an article on Seatrade Maritime.
Intelligent technology development
The new subsidiary, Longhai Zhongneng (Ningbo) Intelligent Equipment Company, will focus on intelligent technology development for marine and offshore engineering sectors, AI systems, unmanned vessel communications, and control systems.
Traditional marine equipment
To promote business development and expand the traditional marine equipment business, the company will explore the green and smart marine equipment market through the new company, said Bestway.
Bestway has been looking for business diversification in recent years. The company is entering into special and smart marine equipment and technology sectors.
