On June 13, A bulk carrier reportedly suffered an engine room power outage and collided with three vessels off Humen Port in Guangdong.
The accident resulted in a cargo barge to sink. Two other vessels, a cargo ship and a working vessel, suffered extensive damages. There were no reports of casualties or environmental damages available resulting from the incident.
The stricken vessel has been reportedly stabilised and authorities have started investigations into the incident.
