Bomin Belgium BVBA Launched at Antwerp

The Bomin group is engaged in supply and trade of marine fuel oil with worldwide operations. The Bomin Group will operate under the name of Bomin Belgium BVBA in Antwerp to carry out physical bunkering operations. In keeping with the company’s 2015 growth plans the company has made their physical presence felt into the critical European bunkering hub of Belgium.  Recently in 2015, the group has also spread out new physical and trading operations in Copenhagen, Far East Russia and Rostock, Germany.

The newly formed Bomin Belgium BVBA will comprise of a team of 4 highly experienced and well-networked people to lead and penetrate into the local market. They will also ensure total customer satisfaction via high quality and reliability via their physical bunker supply across key ports.

Customers will have a wide choice from the range of products including IFO 380, ultra low sulphur fuel oil and DMA 0.1 %, with assured physical deliveries provided in Antwerp, Ghent, Zelzate, Flushing and Terneuzen.

Bomin Belgium BVBA will use the 2009-built bunker barge “Vantage” that has a mass flow meter. The 3,500 MT vessel is equipped with fast pumping rates for speedy service.

KG is the trading division of Marquard & Bahls, a Hamburg-based family-owned company that operates in the fields of energy supply, trading and logistics. Mabanaft’s business encompasses the import and wholesale of petroleum products. Furthermore, the company is active in bunker services, service stations, heating oil retail, lubricants and biofuels.
