Bulk carrier OTZIAS ran aground below Longview, Columbia river, at around 2030 UTC October 7, while proceeding downstream, en route from Vancouver to Port Angeles, USA.
As of 0330 UTC October 8 was still aground, with at least 2 tugs at her side. The ship is partially in load.
