What happened?

General cargo ship ARUCAS with cargo of packet sawn wood ran into rough seas on Oct 24-25 in Celtci sea while en route from Denmark to Algeria, and had to shelter south of Brest.

Cargo ship suffers cargo shift

The ship suffered cargo shift, probably partial loss, asked permission to call Brest, France, to re-shift and re-fasten cargo. She berthed in Brest in the morning Oct 30, and as of morning Oct 31, was still at port.
