A bad weather on Monday afternoon caused a general cargo ship to collide with a product tanker off Myanmar. The cargo ship sank whereas all fourteen seafarers have been rescued as reported by Vietnamese authorities.
The Vietnam MRCC and competent agencies are coordinating with their counterparts in Myanmar to bring the Vietnamese crew members home.
