Celsius is happy to announce it has taken in order its 21st 180,000 CBM LNG carrier. Scheduled for delivery in 2027, the vessel will be working on a long-term charter with leading Japanese energy group JERA Co., Inc, reports Linkedin.
Advanced Propulsion System
The vessel will have WIN-GD’s newest X-DF 2.2 propulsion system. Industry-leading fuel efficiency and reduced emissions per unit of freight are what this advanced design is expected to yield, in tune with Celsius’ sustainability and innovation efforts.
Expansion of Partnership with JERA
It was great to initiate the new commercial collaboration with JERA, which happens to be a significant charterer in the shipping of Liquefied Natural Gas markets. Celsius welcomes a partnership that could prove to last and grow a meaningful, long-lasting relationship with the clients.
