The maiden voyage of the “China-Europe Express,” a new direct shipping route connecting Europe and China’s Yangtze River Delta region, has successfully concluded. The first container ship on this route, the “KAWA Ningbo,” arrived at its destination, the Jade Weser Port in Wilhelmshaven, Germany.
This new route offers a significantly faster transit time compared to traditional routes, reducing the journey from approximately 45 days to just 26 days. By establishing a direct and efficient shipping link, the “China-Europe Express” aims to enhance trade and economic cooperation between the two regions.
