CMA CGM Group adjusts NEMO service due to recent attacks in the Red Sea Region. The NEMO Service will temporarily reroute around the Suez Canal via the Cape of Good Hope in both directions, reports Container News.

A direct fixed-day weekly service connecting Europe with Reunion, Mauritius & Australia (SB), and Australia with Singapore, Colombo & Ennore (NB) will be offered.

Service rotation

London Gateway > Rotterdam > Hamburg > Antwerp > Le Havre > Valencia > La Spezia > Fos Sur Mer > Cape of Good Hope > Pointe des Galets > Port Louis > Sydney > Melbourne > Adelaide > Fremantle > Singapore > Ennore > Colombo > Cape of Good Hope > London Gateway.

Mediterranean import volumes are to be transshipped in Tanger Med or Hamburg.

Algeria Services Reshuffling

CMA CGM adjusts services to Algeria due to the Red Sea crisis. Cargo bound for Oran, Mostaganem, and Ghazaouet, Algeria, will transit via Algeciras or Valencia instead of Tanger.

Agapome service discontinues calling at Tanger port; new rotation: Algeciras – Ghazaouet.

EURONAF service replaces Tanger with Algeciras; port rotation: Livorno > Genoa > Marseille > Valencia > Algeciras > Oran > Mostaganem. EUROMAR service adds Algeciras to rotation; ports include Tanger, Casablanca, Agadir, Tilbury, Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp, Le Havre, Vigo, and Algeciras.

Vessels like Contship Cub, Contship Ray, and Contship Gin will be deployed on the updated rotations.
