The Bolloré Group and the CMA CGM Group announced the completion of the sale of 100% of Bolloré Logistics to CMA CGM, except Bolloré Logistics Sweden AB pending foreign investment clearance in Sweden. The purchase price stands at 4.850 billion euros, based on estimated debt and cash on the completion date, reports CMA CGM.

Bolloré Logistics, a leading transport and logistics company in France, boasted a 2022 turnover of 7.1 billion euros. It transported 710,000 TEUs of ocean freight, and 390,000 tons of air freight, and maintained a storage capacity of 900,000 m2.
