CMA CGM has launched a new solution for cargo bound for Cabinda (Angola) via Pointe Noire (Congo), says an article published on Porttechnology.

Land transportation solutions

The new service offers a transit time of just one day, complementing the existing Cabinda Feeder service that operates with a frequency of one departure every 11 days ex Pointe Noire.

Starting from February 2023, the new service will provide land transportation solutions for cargo import from various origins around the world to Cabinda through the gateway of Pointe Noire.

Convenient solution

This will be done through CMA CGM’s core services ASAF, EURAF Lines, and MIDAS, offering a faster and more convenient solution for businesses and consumers according to the company.

The service offers reduced transit time for cargo from various major ports around the world, with Shanghai to Cabinda taking 38 days, Lisbon 16 days, Antwerp 21 days, Gebze 37 days, Nhava Sheva 22 days, and Montreal 40 days.
