Container ship MSC SANDRA collided with pier at Bremerhaven port in the morning Sep 17, during unmooring maneuver, cause unknown, though it is said, that it was foggy at the time of an accident.
Portside transom stern was breached or heavily dented above waterline.
Vessel was taken back to berth. as of 1630 UTC Sep 17, MSC SANDRA was still berthed at Bremerhaven.
