Costamare Bulkers Holdings Limited has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Cargill International S.A., marking a significant step in strengthening partnerships within the dry bulk sector. The announcement was made through a release by GlobeNewswire.

As part of the agreement, Costamare Bulkers will transfer the majority of its trading book to Cargill, covering chartered-in vessels, cargo transportation commitments, and derivative positions. The deal also includes the chartering of four Supramax vessels for four to six months, a bunkering services agreement with Seascale Energy, and collaboration on decarbonisation and vessel efficiency initiatives. Both parties will also explore joint investments in dry bulk assets and new business ventures, creating opportunities for long-term growth and stability in the sector.
