On August 10, a cruise ship passenger has been accused of sexual assault on another passenger in the Bermuda area.
What happened?
The passenger has been identified as a 27-year-old New Jersey man has not been named for legal reasons is accused of sexual assault on another person in the Bermuda area.
Pleaded not guilty
The accused has denied the charges of sexual assault and has pleaded not guilty in Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
Released on bail
The Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo has released the concerned man on $10,000 bail on the conditions that he hand over his passport and avoid contact with his alleged victim. The magistrate has further adjourned the case until August 29 for further investigation.
