The Digital Container Shipping Association (DCSA) has announced that DB Schenker, one of the world’s leading ocean freight forwarders, has joined its DCSA+ partnership programme, further strengthening the initiative’s efforts to accelerate digital standardisation across the maritime logistics sector.

As global supply chains grow increasingly complex, the maritime logistics industry faces rising pressure to boost agility, operational efficiency, and sustainability. Through the DCSA+ programme, stakeholders gain access to collaborative projects, pioneering discussions, and direct influence over the creation of industry-wide digital standards.
Launched last month at TPM25, DCSA+ has already gained significant traction, with DB Schenker joining launch partners Lufthansa Industry Solutions and Vinturas in supporting widespread industry adoption.
