Diana Shipping Inc. announced the continuation and signing of two key time charter agreements, reinforcing its operational stability and revenue visibility within the global dry bulk sector.

According to the company, the first agreement covers a direct continuation of an existing time charter for one of its Capesize vessels with Solebay Shipping Cape Company Limited. The renewed contract is set at a gross charter rate of US$21,650 per day, less a standard 5% commission. The new period will commence in mid-March 2026 and is expected to run until at least January 2027, with the option to extend through April 2027.

In parallel, Diana Shipping also entered into a new time charter contract for one of its Panamax vessels with CRC Shipping Pte. Ltd. The agreement establishes a gross charter rate of US$11,750 per day, less a 5% commission, covering a period from early November 2025 through October 2026, with a possible extension into December 2026.

Combined, these contracts are projected to generate approximately US$10.93 million in gross revenue for the minimum scheduled periods, further enhancing the company’s medium-term earnings visibility and operational efficiency.

Diana Shipping noted that the continuation of these charters reflects its ongoing efforts to maintain strong commercial partnerships and optimize fleet deployment under favorable market conditions. By securing consistent employment for its vessels, the company continues to position itself strategically within the global dry bulk trade.
